SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. Announces Proposed Public Offering of 2,000,000 shares of its Common Stock

MILPITAS, Calif .– () – SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: SEDG) (“SolarEdge”) announced today that it plans to conduct a registered public offering (“Offering”), subject to market conditions and other factors, of 2,000,000 shares of its common stock (the “Common Stock”). .

SolarEdge intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option from the date of the prospectus supplement to purchase up to an additional 300,000 shares of its Common Stock upon the same terms as set forth underwriting agreement. SolarEdge intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for general corporate purposes, which may include acquisitions.
